RESTAURANT’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ukiyo’s menu is a set menu which heavily features seafood, raw fish and meat. We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan guests along with aversions or allergies to raw fish. If you have other dietary restrictions, please note them at checkout or email them to vanessa@ukiyoomakase.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Guests with dietary restrictions who have not familiarized themselves with the policies stated above remain subject to our cancellation policy.

We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time.

We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 45 minutes.

A NOTE FROM THE RESTAURANT

*TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE.* *NO REFUNDS.* *NO RESCHEDULING IF CANCELLING WITHIN 48 HOURS.* NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow 2 hours for your dining experience. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late it can result in a forfeit or rescheduled reservation. In the event of a conflict, please contact vanessa@ukiyoomakase.com 48 hours PRIOR to your reservation, and we can assist in rescheduling. For parties of 5 or more, cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the reservation date.
